mashalaah , its actually no surprise to me, with such food quality (best in kuwait) ,amazing and very friendly service and hospitality, with great interiors it just feels like we are somewhere near heaven
and im not over reacting , 
Basil’s concepts are the second most important thing to me in Kuwait … the first is my wife & kids
Seriously though, his food is really good although a little pricey but, hey, its Kuwait. And the service is always pretty good.
