b+f Roadside Diner – Oman

Our experience at “b+f” Oman, was absolutely superb. When I looked at the menu selection, and was pampered by their professional staff, I was convinced I was in burger heaven.

Though Kuwait was the birthplace of the “b+f” concept, I was still sad that Kuweaters couldn’t enjoy this experience back home, yet.

The menu was filled with new recipes that were selectively recommended by the waiter. We also saw the familiar favorites we enjoy in Kuwait, so we decided to practically order everything. I can’t begin to describe the wonderful quality that I enjoyed in everything, from the buns to the steaks.

Not only did the menu surprise me with endless possibilities of food, each competing to be devoured, not only did the new entrées and appetizers surpass my expectations, my favorite old ones were just as good as I know them to be. Our favorites were the creatively seasoned fried chicken liver, and the most mouthwatering of all was the rack of lamb. I was so gob smacked by the meat I couldn’t even share a picture. The excitement continued after the brownie pudding was placed in the middle of our table; I told you I was in heaven.

Gladly, this magnificent burger revolution will continue its marathon, and open “Open Flame Kitchen” in 360mall. I can’t wait till we can all get our hands on this grub, and share it with all our kuweaters out there. We praise b+f once again, mouthwatering as usual, with kuweaty standard consistency. Touché.
