b+f BURGER BOUTIQUE

B+F is a Kuwaiti born concept that started a magnificent journey of a contemporary burger. I think now, we are at a point in time where the burger is the first 20th century historic entre. Though many would think it is an American phenomenon and that it is cheap meat put together to taste better with endless toppings, ground beef was actually a delicacy in Europe early 20thcentury and that hamburgers weren’t a hype in the United states till the later 1800’s. Though the word hamburger is originally German, it is time that we can say it has been Kuweaten.

A few years back, before B+F, sliders station and the spread to the gulf with their success, we only experienced the American face of a burger; a fast burger, being served in American chains like Johnny Rockets, Applebeas, Fudruckers, and the list is endless. Yes we did have some restaurants that attempted to make them gourmet  and used better beef, but never made it memorable.

B+F not only used quality beef, with a soft potato bun, some fresh fries and called it new, they added to a burger what Kuweaters wanted, and what they knew they’d want. They then developed more contemporary means of presentation and smaller concepts that were branches of the Mother location in Alraya’s Burger Boutique. They have created a place in which Kuweaters also take pride in, and are being copied even in famous fast food chains! Since when did Mcdonalds have sliders?
